I build technology that adapts to the people and companies using it.

My active work includes SkillSiftr, a research-stage project for helping experienced U.S. professionals move into work the AI economy needs. I am speaking with companies about their needs and designing the first complete transition to test, with Austin, Texas as its planned base.

I am also building Aether Many, a user-owned agent runtime, and CRM From Within, a service that builds CRMs around how a company already works.

I am also exploring Works Like Us, company-owned AI trained for one company's work, and Company Native, migration from generic rented software to custom software a company owns. These are earlier concepts.

I also share FIRE Decision Lab, a free public-interest project for financial-independence decisions, and Robotaxi Predictor, a personal Tesla robotaxi tracking project.

The common argument behind this work is in the sovereign-AI thesis: people and companies should own the intelligence, software, and data they depend on.

Building and growing companies

I founded and ran FunnelBud, a CRM and marketing automation company for Swedish small and medium-sized businesses. Holdflight completed its acquisition in 2025.

Before FunnelBud, I built the inbound marketing and sales process at Cirrato. Earlier, I worked in technology sales at Oracle.

Those jobs taught me the same lesson from different sides. Software and process work best when they fit how people actually make decisions. Making people adapt to a generic system wastes time and usually hides the real problem.

How I work

I publish the arguments, tests, and mistakes behind my work under writing. Some earlier pieces use my former name, Yusuf Hasanogullari. I have also written down how I make decisions, including a strategy mistake I made at FunnelBud for years.
