From CRM As A Service to CRM From Within
I spent a decade building and selling CRM software. The recurring problem was not a missing feature. It was that every customer had to bend its work around generic software.
AI has made a different model practical. Instead of selling one CRM to every company, CRM From Within builds a CRM around how one company actually works. The company owns the software without having to manage a software project.
CRM From Within starts with small and mid-sized companies that do not have a CRM yet. It can also build a better-fitting CRM replacement before helping an existing CRM customer move into it. Replacing other kinds of generic software is the separate Company Native concept.
CRM From Within is in development. “CRM As A Service” was its earlier working name.
The economic argument behind it is in how the software industry changes when development becomes cheap.
